1. General provisions
1.1. Individual Entrepreneur Anton Alekseevich Veselov, Taxpayer Identification Number (INN) 526106298465, Individual Entrepreneur State Registration Number (OGRNIP) 316527500041610, hereinafter the Service Provider, offers any interested person, hereinafter the Customer, the opportunity to enter into an agreement for image processing services through Rimpam on the terms of this public offer. The Service Provider and the Customer are collectively referred to as the Parties.
1.2. This offer is a public offer under paragraph 2 of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The agreement is concluded electronically by acceptance of the offer in accordance with Article 438 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation.
1.3. The Service Provider’s Website is https://rimpam.com, including its language subdomains. The Russian version is available at https://ru.rimpam.com. This offer and information about services, prices and contacts are publicly available on the Website.
1.4. Acceptance occurs when the Customer registers an account and selects the checkbox accepting the offer, or places and pays for an order after reviewing and expressly accepting the offer. Free image processing is available before registration; starting a free job constitutes agreement to the image processing terms published on the Website. Free use does not in itself create an obligation to purchase credits or a subscription.
1.5. Consent to automatic recurring subscription charges is given separately. Acceptance of this offer, creation of an account and a one-time payment do not replace that consent. Personal data processing terms are set out in the privacy policy: https://rimpam.com/privacy.
2. Terms and definitions
2.1. Rimpam Service means software accessible through the Website for automatically editing uploaded images using a text prompt and creating new images from a text description without an uploaded source image, using artificial intelligence technologies.
2.2. Service means providing the Customer with the ability to submit a text prompt and, in editing mode, a source image, receive the result and download it if the job is successfully completed.
2.3. Account Area means the section of the Website accessible after signing in, which displays images, the credit balance, transaction history, payments and subscription information.
2.4. Credit means an internal unit for measuring the volume of services. Credits are not funds, electronic money, a deposit or a means of payment to third parties; they are used to obtain Rimpam services.
2.5. Credit Pack means a one-time purchase of the number of credits specified on the Website. Subscription means the purchase of a credit pack for a one-month billing period with the possibility of subsequent payments. Automatic renewal is available only with the Customer’s separate consent and when that feature is available.
2.6. Order means the credit pack or subscription selected by the Customer, with the credit quantity and price displayed before payment. Processing Job means an individual request to create a result using selected parameters and at a specified credit cost.
3. Subject of the agreement and provision of services
3.1. The Service Provider undertakes to provide image processing services through the Service, and the Customer undertakes to comply with the terms of use and pay for the selected paid services as provided in this offer.
3.2. The name, contents, credit quantity and price of an order are specified at https://rimpam.com/pricing or on the relevant language version of that page and are confirmed when the order is placed. The credit cost of an individual job in either mode is shown before it starts. In the current version, Draft costs 1 credit, Standard costs 2 credits, and High costs 6 credits.
3.3. A new, unregistered user is entitled to up to three successful free jobs shared between both modes in Draft or Standard quality. High quality is available only to registered users with sufficient credits and is excluded from free attempts. Free attempts are limited by measures against repeated use, including browser and network restrictions. Users on the same network may share its limit. An unsuccessful job does not consume a free attempt. After the free limit is exhausted, registration and a sufficient credit balance are required to continue processing.
3.4. To submit a job, the Customer selects photo editing or creation from a text description, enters a text prompt and selects the available parameters. Photo editing requires an uploaded source image; creation from a description does not. The Service validates and queues the job. Its status is displayed on the Website. Processing time depends on system load, job complexity and the availability of the computing provider; an on-screen estimate is not a promise of an exact completion time.
3.5. A successfully processed image is made available on the Website for viewing and downloading. If a technical failure occurs or the request is rejected before a result is obtained, the credits debited for that job are automatically returned to the balance. If automatic reimbursement fails for technical reasons, the Customer may contact support.
3.6. Credits are added after the Service Provider receives confirmation of successful payment from the payment processor. A browser redirect to a payment success page does not replace confirmation from the payment processor. If credits are delayed, the Customer may contact support with the payment reference.
3.7. The Russian version at ru.rimpam.com and the international version at rimpam.com with its other language subdomains use separate accounts, purchases and balances. To access purchased credits, the Customer must sign in to the regional version in which the purchase was made.
3.8. The Service Provider may engage technical contractors and computing providers. The transfer of an uploaded image and text prompt to the processing technology provider is described in the privacy policy. The Service Provider is responsible for persons engaged to perform its contractual obligations in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
4. Rights and obligations of the Parties
4.1. The Service Provider must provide access to paid services, display the price before a job or payment is confirmed, maintain the balance and transaction records, handle Customer enquiries and remedy identified technical faults within a reasonable time.
4.2. The Service Provider may perform maintenance and restrict jobs that violate applicable law, third-party rights or the technology provider’s acceptable use rules. If account access is restricted, the Customer retains their rights in relation to paid services that have not been provided.
4.3. The Customer must provide accurate information, protect their password and access to their email account, supply materials needed for the job and pay for the selected services. Suspected unauthorised account access should be reported to the Service Provider.
4.4. The Customer confirms that they have lawful grounds for uploading and processing the materials, including the necessary image rights and consents of depicted persons where required by law. The Service must not be used for unlawful acts, infringement of copyright or personal rights, distribution of prohibited materials, circumvention of access restrictions or disruption of the Service.
4.5. The Customer may obtain order information, download results, delete their images, disable automatic subscription renewal and withdraw from the agreement in accordance with applicable law and section 6 of this offer.
4.6. The Customer retains their rights in the original materials. The Service Provider uses uploaded materials to perform the job and provide technical support to the extent described in the privacy policy. Use of the Customer’s materials in public advertising or a portfolio requires separate permission.
4.7. Artificial intelligence processing may alter image details or produce inaccuracies. The Customer should review a result before publishing or otherwise using it. The Service Provider does not promise that a result will be unique or meet subjective expectations not expressed in the job parameters; this does not limit statutory rights in the event of defective services.
5. Prices, payments and subscriptions
5.1. Prices are stated in Russian rubles. The total amount, credit quantity and purchase type — a one-time pack or a subscription — are displayed before payment. Payments are cashless and processed through the payment methods available on the Website, including Robokassa. The Service Provider does not receive or store full bank card details.
5.2. The price of a confirmed order does not change after payment. If public prices change, previously purchased credits remain on the balance. Credits cannot be transferred to other users; monetary refunds are governed by section 6.
5.3. Paid, unused credits do not expire when a subscription billing period ends or automatic renewal is disabled. Each confirmed subscription payment adds the number of credits specified in the terms of that payment.
5.4. A subscription billing period is one month from payment confirmation. Subscription details and the end date of the current period are displayed in the Account Area. If automatic renewal is unavailable or separate consent has not been given, the Customer pays for the next period manually.
5.5. When automatic renewal is enabled, the Customer separately authorises recurring charges in the amount and at the intervals specified during subscription checkout. A change to the public plan price does not by itself change the amount of a previously authorised renewal. New terms require the Customer to take out the corresponding subscription.
5.6. The Customer may disable automatic renewal in the billing and subscription section of the Account Area before the next charge date. Disabling renewal stops the initiation of subsequent charges; previously paid credits remain available. If a payment was initiated before renewal was disabled, any refund is governed by section 6. Deleting browser cookies or signing out does not disable the subscription.
5.7. If the next payment is not confirmed, no new credit pack is added. Test payments expressly identified as test payments at checkout are not payment for services and do not add paid credits.
6. Service quality, withdrawal and refunds
6.1. If services are defective, the Customer may exercise the rights provided by Russian Federation Law No. 2300-1 of 7 February 1992 “On Consumer Protection”, the Civil Code of the Russian Federation and other applicable rules. Returning credits after a technical failure does not exclude other statutory remedies.
6.2. The Customer may withdraw from the services agreement at any time, subject to paying the Service Provider’s expenses actually incurred in performing its contractual obligations, in accordance with Article 32 of the Law “On Consumer Protection” and Article 782 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The calculation takes account of services provided, the unused paid balance and expenses to the extent permitted by law; an explanation of the calculation is available on request.
6.3. Refund requests and complaints may be sent to support@rimpam.com or to the Service Provider’s address listed in its details. To locate a payment, provide the account email address, payment reference and date, amount and a description of the request. Do not provide passwords, CVV/CVC codes, full card numbers or verification codes.
6.4. The Service Provider responds to the substance of an enquiry within 10 calendar days of receipt. If the law prescribes a deadline for satisfying a particular request, the Service Provider complies with that deadline; the response period does not extend statutory refund deadlines. Refunds are made through the original payment method unless the Parties agree on another lawful method.
6.5. The absence of a support enquiry, an internal ticket number or compliance with a complaints procedure established by the Service Provider does not deprive the Customer of statutory rights. Cancelling automatic renewal and requesting a refund are separate actions: to stop future charges, automatic renewal must also be disabled in the Account Area.
7. Confidentiality and security
7.1. In performing the agreement, the Parties comply with the applicable requirements of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and Federal Law No. 149-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Information, Information Technologies and the Protection of Information”.
7.2. The data collected, purposes and procedures of processing, use of necessary cookies and technical contractors, and ways to contact the Service Provider are described in the privacy policy at https://rimpam.com/privacy. Acceptance of this offer does not constitute consent to advertising emails.
7.3. Images and text prompts are available to their owner and authorised administrators for technical support. Administrator access to such materials is logged. Materials are automatically deleted after 90 days; the Customer may delete them earlier in the Account Area. Financial history and information needed to comply with legal requirements are stored separately.
7.4. The Parties take reasonable measures to protect information obtained in performing the agreement and do not disclose it to third parties, except where necessary to provide services, agreed with the data subject or required by law.
8. Force majeure
8.1. The Parties are released from liability for non-performance if they prove that it was caused by extraordinary and unavoidable force majeure circumstances under the relevant conditions, in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation.
8.2. A Party affected by such circumstances notifies the other Party within a reasonable time and takes available measures to reduce their consequences. An ordinary technical fault, lack of funds or a contractor’s breach of obligations does not in itself constitute force majeure.
8.3. If the inability to perform continues for more than 60 working days, either Party may withdraw from further performance of the agreement. Payments for paid services that have not been provided are settled in accordance with applicable law and section 6 of this offer.
9. Liability and dispute resolution
9.1. The Parties are liable for non-performance or improper performance in accordance with the laws of the Russian Federation. This offer does not exclude or limit the Service Provider’s liability or consumer rights where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law.
9.2. The Parties seek to resolve disputes through support enquiries and negotiations. A mandatory pre-trial procedure applies only where expressly required by law. The consumer retains the right to bring proceedings and choose jurisdiction as provided by law.
9.3. The agreement and its performance are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation, without prejudice to mandatory protections afforded to the Customer by applicable law. The legally significant text of this offer is in Russian. Translations and brief explanations on the Website, where available, are provided for convenience.
10. Duration and additional provisions
10.1. This version of the offer was published on 17 October 2026 and applies from publication until it is replaced or withdrawn. The agreement with the Customer remains in effect until the Parties have fully performed their obligations.
10.2. The Service Provider may publish new versions of the offer. A new version applies to orders placed after its publication and does not worsen the terms of previously paid orders or purchased credits. Amending or withdrawing the offer does not release the Service Provider from obligations that have already arisen.
10.3. Notices and enquiries are sent through the Website, Account Area, email address supplied by the Customer or the Service Provider’s contact details. The Customer keeps their account email address up to date.
10.4. Invalidity of an individual provision does not invalidate the remaining provisions. Failure to exercise a right does not constitute a waiver of its subsequent exercise. Matters not addressed in this offer are governed by applicable law.
